And we really appreciate the support from all our other helpers.

The PTFA fundraise money to provide extras for the children, which would not otherwise be available within the school budget, to enhance their enjoyment of school and help their education; examples of these ‘extras’ are school trips, library books, outdoor improvements  as well as improved facilities for the school.

They also provide closer links between home, school and the community.

How do the PTFA raise funds?

By holding varied events throughout the year, open to all and enjoyed by all. There will be regular newsletters which advertise forthcoming events. Parents and carers should look out for emails and text messages advertising our events. The events the PTFA will be looking to organise will range from the simple playground ‘cake sale’ to a Summer Fayre extravaganza.
