At Manor Infant and Nursery School we are athletes.

Our vision of Physical Education is one which enables everyone to participate in physical activity on a regular basis so our children become more physically confident and competent. Through our sporting opportunities, we aim to develop a love and passion for sport that continues into the children’s later lives.

During PE sessions, children will show resilience through learning new key skills and challenging themselves to extend their abilities. They will show how they are respectful, collaborative learners through ball skills and games. Children will apply the skills they have learnt at the end of the unit of learning.

We will provide a range of opportunities for children at Manor Infant and Nursery school: children will be taught by trained professionals and experience extra-curricular activities outside of school such as gymnastics. At Manor, we know active children are happy and healthy so we aim to enable children to learn the key skills that will support them for their later life.
